What QA checks
The AI must collect caller name, phone, reason, and requested time before sending an appointment request.
Phone numbers are formatted for owner SMS and spoken as individual digits where the voice prompt supports it.
No-calendar mode says the team will confirm. It does not claim the appointment is booked.
The owner gets a text with the same fields that appear in the portal request board.
Voice QA uses real Twilio paths and AWS Polly test callers for production gates.
